What we process before the launch

• Waitlist: name, company, wholesale market, participant type and email address — to notify you about the launch and for verification in the pilot.
• Contact form: name, email address and message — solely to answer the enquiry.
• Account and sign-in: email address, name, company data and the sign-in logs — to provide access.
• Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks on forms whether a human is typing; technical data such as the IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare for that.

Hosting and processors

The platform runs on Vercel (Frankfurt region), the database on Supabase (Frankfurt region). Both process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests go to the address above.

With the pilot

The pilot adds further processing — verification documents, tax data under the German platform tax transparency act (DAC7), payments via Stripe, push notifications of the app. The full privacy notice will be published before the start.
